These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this Site, operated by Guildenacre Ltd, located in Suffolk, England. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Website
You may use this Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:
Use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable laws or regulations.
Copy, reproduce, or modify any part of the Site without our written permission.
Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its associated systems.
2. Tickets and Bookings
Tickets for admission to Guildenacre can be purchased on the website.
Tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable.
CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING
All Guildenacre tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.If your plans change, you may request to amend your booking to an alternative date (or, in some cases, time slot), subject to availability. An administration fee of £10 per booking applies.To request a change:
- Email info@guildenacre.com
- Requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled visit
- Amendments are processed Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00
- Please allow up to 72 hours for your request to be processed
- Requests submitted after 17:00 will be handled the next working day
Amended bookings must:
- Be scheduled at least 3 days after the original booking date
- Fall within 3 months of the original booking
- Be subject to any price differences (additional charges apply if the new date is higher; no refunds will be issued if the new date is lower)
ILLNESS
If a member of your party is unwell and unable to attend, you may request to move your booking (subject to availability) for the £10 administration fee, provided you contact us at least 24 hours in advance. All tickets remain non-refundable. This policy excludes special events.
PARK CLOSURES
Guildenacre reserves the right to close all or part of the park where necessary. This may be due to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Power or technical issues
- Other circumstances beyond our control
- In such cases, affected ticket holders will be contacted to rearrange their visit.
WEATHER POLICY
Guildenacre is an outdoor attraction and remains open in most weather conditions. Visitors are advised to dress appropriately. In the event of persistent rainfall (a minimum of two continuous hours), and where guests have already entered the park, Guildenacre may, at its discretion, offer a complimentary return visit.
- Return visits are offered at the discretion of Guildenacre
- The return date will be selected by Guildenacre
- This is not guaranteed

3. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and layout, is the property of Guildenacre Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
You may not:
- Reproduce or distribute any content without express written permission.
- Use our name, logo, or branding without authorisation.
4. Visitor Conduct
When visiting Guildenacre, you agree to follow all posted guidelines and staff instructions. We reserve the right to deny entry or remove any guest behaving in a disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner.

To the extent permitted by law, Guildenacre shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site including but not limited to:

- Personal injury
- Property damage
- Cancellation or rescheduling of events
